  1. Why is everyone making out george was an angel he was vicious thug who attacked a pregnant woman this shouldn't have happened because he should have been in prison

  2. Wrong! His name was St. George Perry Floyd Jr… He would have been the male Mother Teresa if he was not killed for a $20 bill!

  3. If he didn't resist arrest none of this would've happened and unjustified rioting of local family businesses, $2 billion worth of damage, dozens of deaths, hundreds of injuries and thousands of arrests wouldn't of happened. This is not a race issue, this is at negligence from Chauvin and failure to comply with the authority from Floyd. Doesn't matter. Damage is done and nothing good came out of it. Hope you are happy America

  4. all of the bystander are just as guilty for not helping out Floyd..they should all be charged with Murder.. if the bystanders really believed George Floyd was dying they should have jumped in to help the cops

  5. Shameful AND Shameless: eric nelson's name, has now, along with derek chauvin, been noted in my own home dictionary, as profanity! How dare he/they, blame George Floyd for the fact that his own Body simply could not hold up/out – under the weight of all those "officers" – that his Body somehow failed him, so it was HIS OWN Bleeping fault that he succumbed to those 9M29S of a knee to his neck !!!!!!!!!+ Most loathsome of all, even, that his flowing adrenaline, while trying to continue breathing, living, existing …. was hence ALSO, his 'own cross to bear.' For apparently, fear of being murdered, trying to find some/any way – to remain alive, was indeed ALSO, reason NOT to blame chauvin!

  6. What was nelson really trying to achieve, with his constant and continual references to 'what an reasonable' police officer would have done under 'reasonable' circumstances, ad naseum.
Somebody Please tell me that he doesn't think that's ALL that was required to create – "reasonable" doubt !!!!!!!!!+

  7. The case reeks of reasonable doubt. Nelson did a very good job in pointing it out. If the jury is unbiased and doesn't let emotions dictate their judgement then they will easily see that.

PS: No matter what the verdict is there's gonna be riots, because who doesn't like free new sneakers and tv and other stuff?

  8. George was responsible for his own death. I'll elaborate:
    1) Nobody held a gun to his head and said "Take a dangerous amount of illegal drugs." That was his own choice.
    2) Nobody held a gun to his head and said "Take this counterfeit money, and try to use it." That was his own choice.
    3) Nobody held a gun to his head and said "Resist arrest, and struggle." That was his own choice.

Three strikes and your out! He caused his own death!

  9. 25 to 40 I think he will get. if they are not going to be too harsh on him, 10 years, but i think he will get more than 10. I will go for 40.

  10. Floyd is a criminal lol, not the cop lol y’all are so backwards. Keep fighting police when you break the law keep dying, I could careless because you are too stupid to know what you did wrong lol

  11. Race isn't the issue. Cops are the problem. They're backed by the federal government to do as they please with an unlimited amount of resources, lawyers, immunity, backup, guns, tazers, ammo, handcuffs, body armor, dog's, helicopters, training, overtime and have an army of cops on the scene with the snap of a finger. Meanwhile we the pesky citizens can't get away with a lousy parking ticket. I can't believe people want to stick up for these boys in blue as if the system doesn't do it enough. The media has made it about race and we're to stupid to realize who's really the problem. All in the name of protecting and serving the sh*t out of you.

  12. The cop deserves jail but stop making floyd out to be some upstanding citizen and angel. He didn't deserve to die. However he was still a drug addict and criminal.

  13. You know, EVERYBODY.. George Floyd, would still be with US, if He didn't pass that Counterfeit BILL he unloaded on that Store OWNER.. as well as, ALL the DAMAGE and Destruction that the RIOTERS caused in that City and Other States, across the Country.. SO, TELL ME? WHO is Causing WHO, all the DAMAGE and Division ? AND for WHAT Purpose? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mn1br0MQFG4

  14. He had 98% blood oxygen level in his autopsy he didn't get choked he also had a fatal amount of fentanyl in his system aswell as a dodgy hart dude had it coming jamming a gun into a pregnant woman's belly

  15. Had Chauvin not shown up,Floyd would have died in a matter of hours at most. There is only one Keith Richards. At $27 million,Floyd earned money at a rate that Musk and Bevos would be envious.

  16. The police departments across America is a spitting image of the United States government as a whole. This reflects how the country that made provision to uphold enslavement laws to oppress and to abuse African Americans.Reperations is the only corrections America can make for a better future for all Americans.

  17. Derek Chauvin, is what white supremacist have enforced through out America. By legislation of the laws. America has systemic oppression, systemic racist cultures and traditions. America never confronted racism through out America but legislate it with BandAid laws. That only ease the suffering but to not stop this tradition. To hate the kidnapped people's and sold people's of America. The African Americans.Imagine young children actually acting out racist taught views by parents.

  18. I don't want to talk about Maxine Waters, because that's a professional escaping blame and the truthfulness. Americas Judicial System is under scrutiny. The entire world 🌎Is watching the leaders of nation lecturing. I love it you did want it to stop when you had a chance to put this racist cultures don't exist anymore. January 06, 2021. Show the world 🌎 how racist America was. Remember the nation's America conspired against for self gains and European gains. Under the United Nations.

  19. White supremacist have been too cocky to long. Their cockiness has exposed them and practices. Thank you Donald Trump. White men can not save whites only God. China, your doing a good job building Africa up. Know one should not have any thing to say because when they took by force there was know reperations to repair. These republican party voted to reperate Japanese August 10, 1988 in Speech by Ronald Reagan. But it will cost too much money and we can not afford it. Also whose generations will pay for it.Stupid Excuses that will keep the attitude of hate strong in America. Whitemen are worried about population of Hispanic and Blacks not whites.

  20. All the defense and prosecution have to do to prove or disprove is reenact what happened. Get a 6"4 223lb person on the floor in handcuffs and in the prone position with 3 people of same weight and height as the cops on top of him. Specially a person that has the same weight and height as Derek Chauvin with that person's knee on the person's neck that is on the floor for 9 minutes and 30 seconds. The person on the floor can confirm if he has difficulty breathing. Case closed! However, having said that, Mr. Floyd yelled out 27 times he can't breath. Similarly, Eric Garner yelled out 11 times "I can't breath "! And Eric had no drugs in his system. Point being, if someone is yelling out more than 10 times "I can't breath," you should probably let go of their neck!

  21. I fear the longer they stay out, the more likely it is they are not going to be unanimous in their decision. Why powerful people like Polititians and Law Enforcement officials are held to a different standard is beyond belief.

  22. ..ah, the suspense is killing meh!
(Edit: wow, probably not the best choice of words on my part🤦🏻‍♀️🙄)

  23. Whatever happened to root cause analysis? Investigating preceeding events that led to negative encounters with police. To stop at the police actions as a cause and result is not only unscientific, its wrought with error. Blaming the police only guarantees a reoccurrence of events. What about the culture of predators like George Floyd? This culture is not going away simply blaming the white supremacist boogey man and systemic racism.

  24. REMINDER:
    >he had severe heart disease
    >he had an enlarged heart
    >he had 75% to 90% occlusion of his three major coronary arteries
    >he had untreated severe hypertension
    >he had a previously recorded BP of 216/160
    >he had a tumor (extra-adrenal paraganglioma) associated with hypertension/heart attacks
    >his lungs were 2-3x heavier than normal (pulmonary edema)
    >he had COVID
    >he was a smoker
    >George ODed on the same pills two months earlier
    >he was nodding off/passed out when police arrived at his SUV
    >he had to be physically nudged to be awoken
    >he was in the SUV with his personal drug dealer(s)
    >he had a white substance in his mouth
    >he was saying he couldn't breathe before restraint
    >the knee on the back of the neck is a technique used by the MPD and nearly every other law enforcement agency in the world
    >it is used to prevent them thrashing about and harming others (and themselves)
    >it is an extremely common method of restraining an individual's range of motion and view
    >it did not occlude both (or even one) of the carotid arteries or restrict the airway
    >it is well documented to be generally very safe
    >EMS was called early but arrived late
    >the hobble was not used to avoid further delaying medical care
    >the hostile crowd distracted the police and the EMS didn't want to give on-scene medical care because it was not secure for their safety
    >he had an oxygen saturation of 98% at the hospital
    >the autopsy revealed no abrasions, bruising, hematomas, or fractured bones in the shoulder/neck area
    >he had a number of drugs in his system, including fentanyl (depressant) and methamphetamine (stimulant/vasoconstrictor)
    >he had a fatal amount of fentanyl in his system
    >he swallowed drugs during his 2019 arrest
    >fentanyl/methamphetamine pills were found in the back of the squad car, containing Floyd's DNA, also in the SUV
    Reasonable Doubt

  25. He should have stated when Mr. Floyd cried out “Help me mama. They are killing me”. No matter how hard I try. I can’t get those words out of my head🥺😢. Rest in Heaven Mr. Floyd. You will never be forgotten!

  26. George Floyd shouldn’t have been fighting with the police George Floyd did not die because that Policeman put his knee on his neck he died because he was full of drugs the police officer said he would sit in the car with ham and said I’ll roll down the windows and turn the air conditioner on and he still Fighting with them

  27. IF I was the sentencing judge : 40 years murder two , 25 years manslaughter , 15 years murder three Consecutively.

  28. Siempre los afroamericanos cuando asesinan a cu uno de ellos quieren justicia pero k pasa cuando uno de ellos asesina un latino oh abusan de un Asiático no hacen nada porque todos tenemos los mismos derechos humanos …

  29. The fact that he pushed the pavement with his face to try and make enough room in his chest to breathe is absolutely heartbreaking. I’m glad justice was served today, although we have a very long way to go in terms of preventing such blatant instances of police brutality against people of color. Should have been first degree… it was premeditated the second the he saw George Floyd’s skin, may he rest in peace.

  30. We desperately need to raise our children with more love and compassion
More importantly we need to allow them opportunities to fully know others (without whatever prejudices we ourselves personally hold)–it's a new world
THEIR NEW WORLD-no longer that of old folks and their old hateful ways

  31. When I worked in the Las Vegas housing authority people always cried for mama after acting super hard lol

  32. I really don't get the point of describing how he loved his mother and was surrounded by loved ones before being killed
Does it make the crime not as bad if he was alone?
In my eyes a murder is a murder and who the victims personal life shouldn't be discussed

  33. Now since many Thk !!!!!! BLM Now!! They love you and only want the Best for ppl of Color..Now Go get those Vaccine cause you all in a Fabulous mood,,Massa just given you all, what y'all wanted😂.Massa needs his color ppl…Yeah I said it….I'm of Color… Sheep's….

  34. We are not asking to abolish cops! What we are asking for are cops with a conscious. Cops with compassion. Cops with a heart. If someone told you they couldn't breathe, if you had any human decency in you, you would have changed your position. Common sense!

  35. The prosecution deserves a standing ovation. He represented well and brought it home with compassion. Thank you for presenting sir.

  36. I don't see how the cop just gets away with it. He's gotta do some time. Sure, the victim had a shady past it seems, but that doesn't mean he deserved to die.

  37. Now it's time to Charge the other cases of The Young men and Women who were Murdered by The Police and other people.

  38. My dad didn’t live to see George Floyd get justice. This cowardly act by a policeman has been felt all around the world. This will go down in the history books. George Floyd’s murder happened on the 43rd anniversary of Star Wars.

  39. Lol. What a sham of a trial. Drugs killed George Floyd. Those cops didn’t do their duty and help him for three minutes, and for that they should be punished. But let’s stop pretending this piece of filth will be missed. “Tell my kids I love dem” lol. Let’s be honest, they don’t even know who you are. You refused to claim them because you didn’t want to pay child support.

  40. Great respect , admiration and appreciation to the great team : assistant attorneys general, Matthew Frank and Erin Eldridge, and two outstanding lawyers, Jerry Blackwell and Steve Schleicher; they did an amazing job!!!

  41. OMG, this attorney sucks!! Does he even have a pulse?!
I really feel for those poor jurors. Talks like a limp noodle and so cerebral.

  42. Hip hip Hooray, Justice at last!

Justice now for all future US human rights abuses both domestically and internationally..

Looting and burning isn't BLM or Antifa. It is thieving Americans from both the left and the right.

It is now time to Stop blaming China, Russia or Iran. End racial injustice! "We can't stop here." J.Biden.

  43. It’s not like in the movies, but the real life drama, and trauma, we take it so much more seriously, as we should.

  44. Here is an idea, all police just stop responding to calls in black communities and y’all work it out on your own. Totally down to do that and see how it goes 🤣🤣🤣

  45. What does it say about how well Black life has not been protected, when George Floyd's help came from a girl who used her camera under threatened attack by violent Police, because she was recording George Floyd being murdered by Police?
And she is heart-broken because that was and IS all she could do to help; standing nearby like only watching, when she was powerless to stop Police from murdering George.

Where are our protectors really? Who are they?
While we have to protect ourselves and the Government Is attacking us because we are being forced to protect ourselves from our government protectors.

Yes!!!!!! Ride the coat-tails of this young girls courage. Because Black life is in danger by the lack of protection we have been getting from government lawmakers, cops, and organizations.
Black people are armed with cameras and under cops threatened attacks. And after using her courage to try and record a true record catching our protectors murdering us.
Then all the so-called protectors" come out and stand in *front and pretend to act like they did something; besides being caught in the act of failing and attacking us.

Watch it here they come now!

If only George Floyd could give thanks to the young girl, and they could be together now and give thanks to The Most High YAH. But George is dead.

  46. Tou Thao should also be charged for being an accomplice in George Floyd’s death, because he prevented bystanders from intervention.

  47. The Only thing Chovuin is mad about is that he didn't get a chance to jump in his bronco and take off😂

Chovuin had those I'm leaving the country eyes 👀

  48. the crypto currency market is the most profitable venture I ever invested in, i reached my goal of $500k yearly trade earnings. Setting realistic goals is an essential part of trading

  49. Congratulations to all brilliant Prosecutors. Justice is served at last. Kevin Chauvin killed George Floyd like that with no mercy & compassion. Chauvin deserved a guilty verdict. I hope this will serve a lesson for the rest of bad police officers.
